The seminar will be held just steps from the beach at The Academy by the Sea located in Carlsbad, California. It is centered on a sixteen acre campus perfectly situated on the Pacific Ocean, thirty-five miles north of San Diego and eighty miles south of Los Angeles. Map

Full 3-Day Seminar
Commuter (meals included) – $450
Resident (lodging and meals included) – $550
1-Day Seminar Only (meals included)
Friday – Muay Thai (Melchor Menor) - $150
Saturday – Jiu-Jitsu (Ryron Gracie) – $150
Sunday – Wrestling (Mark Muñoz) – $150
**$100 deposit is required to secure a spot (with registration form) - Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the seminar start date
Meals and Lodging
Residents will stay in dorm rooms directly on The Academy by the Sea campus. The Academy facilities include a library, swimming pool, beach access, tennis courts, athletic fields, gymnasium, seminar store, and an oceanfront recreation center. Participants stay in double and triple occupancy rooms. Each room is furnished with beds, clothing shelves, desks, and closet.
Your meals will be prepared by our professional kitchen staff and are served buffet style. There will be 3 meals offered for all participants each day, which is included in the cost.

*Please note that Sunday’s schedule will not have a Pro Fighter Training Camp. MMA Session II will be held from 1-3pm.

Travel
For those traveling by plane or train and are in need of transportation, there will be vans available to pick up and escort to the Academy by the Sea. All flights should be scheduled into the San Diego International Airport. All trains should be scheduled into the Oceanside Amtrak Station. Please call or e-mail us with information as soon as it is available.
What to Bring
• personal items (towels, shower items, etc..)
• bedding to fit a twin size mattress (ie: sheets, blankets and/or sleeping bags, and pillows)
• fight gear (running shoes and 3 days worth of workout clothes)
• swimsuits
FYI: We will have a free laundry room available as needed. Laundry soap will be available.
Commuters
Please be in attendance by 9:30am to join in the morning session. Night sessions will end at 6:00pm. Because of the early start and late let out, all meals will be included along with a store to purchase additional food items.
All Seminar Participants
Each participant will come away with expert knowledge on the sport of MMA. All participants will be given a booklet containing the techniques taught during the camp, as well as a character file with several inspirational quotes, stories, and testimonies. The purpose behind this is to encourage all participants to become students of the sport.
Please note that this is a mixed martial arts seminar that will only allow you to reach a higher goal if practiced correctly and consistently. Consistency and hard work paired with world class technique is the key to a successful athlete!
Health Insurance
All participants must have primary insurance and have signed the release on the application to attend a West Coast MMA Seminar. We will also provide secondary accidental insurance by Camp Team Insurance, which is included in the cost.
Cancellation Policy
We know that not all things in life go as planned, so participants may cancel at any time before the start of the first session. We do ask that you let us know as early as possible so that we may try to fill the spot. We will refund the amount paid minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Once the seminar begins, no refunds will be given.
