UFN April 1

Flew out to Tennessee last week to corner one of my teammates, Tim McKenzie. He made his UFC debut on the 1st against a friend of mine, Aaron Simpson. It was tough to be in the corner watching two of my buddies fight, but I guess that is the name of the game. Got some good training in while I was there, was on a radio show with Vera, and met some great people. I got to hang out with Eugene Amano, an offensive lineman for the Tennessee Titans and fellow Filipino doing big things!! I was in awe of the history of music in Nashville. There were music stores and/or studios on every corner. 

Flew back home on Thursday. Off to Phoenix for the week with my family. The US National Wrestling Team will be there getting ready for the US Nationals held in Vegas. Plan to sharpen my wrestling skills.
